Why does that monitor cost the same as a tablet PC?

becauase it is 21", whereas a tablet averages around 15" (18" at most, id guess). And its probably got loads more uberleet features like pressure sensitivity which your average tablet just aint got.

I dont want a touch screen flat pannel...

That's really not hard to do (though not as 1 processor). All you have to do is take 2x Intel P4 at 3.8 Ghz, stick them on a MOBO that supports dual processors then OC them both to over 4.0 Ghz each.

But they cant work at the same time or can they?
