in the emos box could we import custoum emos

I don't like that idea, because then people would he uploading dodgy emoticons, and there would probably innapropriate ones uploaded. We have enough emoticons as it is IMHO.

I agree with Sean, the emoticons do need to be moderated and that would involve a mod reading every single thread, plus excess space taken up.

If you must have custom emoticons, do what you're doing now with a link

Seriously, bandwidth? server space? (i unno)  There would be lots of dodgy emotes, just upload them to your own webserver or something.

but adding a button on the side saying "use custom emoticon" etc would be good. then ask for the url. and load the image (preferably not by reloading the page, use xmlhttprequests) so the noobs know it worked properly.

ok i have another idea for the forum why dont someone create like a money system (fake) that  if you post something you will get like 10 dlls (fake money offcourse) and you can buy things here in the forum and for forum use, and the users can make like shops of sign and avatars and sell them or something like that

And what's the point of that? People already share things or steal them from others. There should also be something to prent that first. To much work for very little use, I guess.
