O.P. MSN 7.5
I will need all the help I can get on this.
I just uploaded MSN from 7 to 7.5 ... and now I cannot log in. I always get the "the service is currently unavailable"

But I know its not, cause my friend, on her computer, right besdie me, is on msn.

How do I get around this? I've looked at my firewall and settings but I have to be missing something.

The troubleshooter does no good. So could someone possibly help me?

Do you have Messenger Plus!?... and if you do do you have any plug-ins... and which ones?... Stuffplug is known to cause some problems.

RE: MSN 7.5
Do you have MsgPlus! installed? StuffPlug?

If you do, please note that currently, MsgPlus! is not 100% compatible with MSN Messenger 7.5.

If you have Custom Names enabled, try disabling them through Plus! > Preferences... > Contact List > Custom Names and unticking "Enable custom contact names".

If you have StuffPlug, disable it or install the latest beta from StuffPlug.com.

MsgPlus! 3.60 will be released on September 27, and will fix this issue. :)

If none of the above works, you can try to downgrade to MSN Messenger 7.0 until MsgPlus! 3.60 is released. (Y)
