"Police say Proof fired the first shots at Keith Bender Jr., 35, who died yesterday from his wounds." Proof almost killed someone before they shot back. And, they died later anyway. Proof comitted second degree murder. Keith Bender was defending himself. Proof killed the bouncer, too.
