Where can I download and How can I install a CSS RPG mod onto my newly bought Counter Strike Source server?

Ok yes, thanks, but can someone find me a step by step guide, yes ive already tried myself, on how to buy a server, install it using server.cfg (this bit im really confused on so something detailed would be good) and then how to install an RPG mod onto it.
Yes i am really new to this, so basically i want a  begginer's guide of how to buy, and set up a server with an RPG mod.

I'm confused in your first post you said you have bought a server in your second post you kind of wrote like you didnt have one yet.So have you bought a server yet?? First thing you need to do is install mani-admin-plug-in that will help you alot with things becuase you can bind keys to change maps or to ban people, also its got a menu so you can do things easy. http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com/ Now you want to install a rpg mod, i would suggest that you install a Deathmatch rpgmod. Those type of servers are very popular these days. go here for the rpg http://cssrpg.sf.net and here for the deathmatch http://www.bailopan.net/cssdm. Those sites should have a step through guid on how to install both of them.

another site you can get the rpgmod off is.

usually when you rent a server, the website that rents it sets it up for you. So really all you have to do is load all the custom things you want on the server. Since your in the uk i think this website would be good for you to rent a server http://www.inx-gaming.co.uk/game-servers/(you have to choose what game in the drop down menu. For a css server 75 tick and 10 slot its E12.50 which is very cheap.  If you buy a server off them, the server comes with a free control panel so 1 click and it will  install the rpg mod. Also they offer to install any other mods you want installed and much much more.

You are new to having a server, so you dont need to worry about modifying the server.cfg If you buy off that site they do everything for you. Later you will learn how to modify the server config.

So once ive bought the server, do i just search for it in CSS or do i need to first run the server using a program? and will this control panel be a program or an internet link? If an internet link, where do i need to go?
Also. when you buy a server, are you admin, and if so, how do you make another user an admin also?

Before renting a server, I suggest you to download the Source Dedicated Server application (freeware) from the tools tab at Steam to practice how it is to have a server and ask any questions you might have
