Press F5 after turning on your PC and keep pressing it a few times (you should press it before you see the Windows logo comming up). If you do this correctly your PC will boot into safe mode.

Safe mode will load Windows, but without loading a lot of drivers and software. This mode is often used by people to fix certain problems with their PC.
