The new 7.0 build just bring it up from 7.0.0816 --> 7.0.0820 and yes Mess Plus! 3.63 works quite well.
Haven't had a problem on my laptop yet after I got the update.
Since my laptop is a stripped down version of my loaded/tweaked desktop I beleive it'll be fine.
Toon logic applies when toon physics is seen so stop by Into Your Head or
IllitPress.com
