I can't talk to my friend who uses a Yahoo messenger account on my Windows Live Messenger. It's always been working perfectly fine, just recently stopped working. She shows offline to me, even when she's online. She can still message me, and I can see her messages, but I can't message her back.
I tried re-adding her, but it won't let me add her back in my contacts list, it only says it sent her an e-mail about Windows Live Messenger crap.

Why the hell change it!? It worked perfectly fine before?

What version of WLM do you have?

How long has it not worked for?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling messenger?
Have you got the latest version of messenger?
Are you sure the problem is your end and not your friends?

I'm not sure which version, it doesn't tell me when a new version is available, so I don't know if this is the latest or not.
Ohh, it says Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3502.922)

I've had her added on Messenger for over 6 months now, and only just recently (2-3 days ago) it's been starting to be a pain. Showing her offline when she isn't. She does see me online, and can even message me. I can see her messaging me, but I can't message her back.

I'll try re-installing it. Thanks.
EDIT: Re-installing doesn't work.=/
