i recently  been having a problem opening with the web address  i.e  (www.covahr.com).

Can any body please tell me a method how to  see domain history of any site which is  a free  of cost.

What is meant by when a  site is "INACTIVE" STATUS?

Would be thankful  to know about the above domain if any body could tell me about the above mentioned doamin (www.covahr,com)  or method to know  about its history.

Well you can't see a history. Don't think only the current WhoIs information. And INACTIVE means the domain owner hasnt renewed the domain and it will remain offline till it is reregistered.
