Hi,

Im using VB.NET. Is there a way/a function, which allow me to send a message to a user? Like Send(Text,hwnd) or Send(Text,Username)..

look a couple of posts below, there is a vb6 code. since it uses win32 api, you could try to convert it to vb.net
