I have two ideas to make plugins, one is very easy to make and other will be very dificult, but if someone can make it, he (or she )  will be my hero.

1 - Euro converter: something like: /xeuro2old <country> <XXXX> or /xold2euro <country> <XXXXX> it ll be very useful

2 - HTML Parser: to make tables, ul, ol... a great plugin or a great option to add in a plugin (Stuffplug NG? )

Anyone accept the quest?

a currency converter would have to update to a web server regulary to get the newest exchange rates therefore probly putting more lag onto the connection.

Some may find this useful, but then will there be a big enough demand for it?

Not a lot of point I'm afraid: I don't think you can do bulleted lists and tables in Messenger chat windows anyway.
