I have a big problem . I have changed my password for my chat loggs thinking it would be used for all my past loggs , but this is not happening please I need help to fix this as I need a logg real quick. I can only access current logs and cannot remember my old passwords . Hope some one can help cheers ps have had plus for 2 odd years now great programme. thanks

im just having a guess from past threads i have read but i didnt think there was a way to get into them once you lost the password because they were encrypted or something

Thanks Violet so for each months archives if you have changed your password then you have to remember it .

i think so, you can always ask someone who knows more about this than i do
