I down loaded the msn plus but I can only hear sounds from other plus members , but when I open the chat sessision to contact , one of my contacts the messenger window is still in regular beta 7.0 , form . How can I resolve this problem no plus is shown at all .. I only know that I have the plus version from the main messenger page . I need help in resolving this matter

Do you mean that you still have MSN Messenger 7.0.0604? If you do you can uninstall it and get the latest Public Beta from http://messenger.msn.com
