O.P. force download/stream

I have a webpage with links to some .wmv files, but when people try and open them in anything other than IE, it just comes up with loads of text. How can i make it come up with the file download dialouge?

Or leave an instruction for the user to right-click and save as...

Or save them in the RealPlayer format.

Or, reconfigure the webserver to not send the files as text. Though that requires admin access...
