i need help how do i use msg plus! api to make a new sounds quote plugins

What exactly do you mean by "sound quote plugin"? And what language do you plan to write your Plugin in?

i plan to write in english and it plays sounds wich are quotes out of films or sitcoms sutch as the south park quotes plugin or simpsons and matrix

I meant what Programming Language do you plan to write it in? Visual Basic 6, C++, Delphi, VB.Net?

Ok now do you mean sending sounds to the person or just text from the movie?

Visual Basic is the easiest out of all of the languages. Now its not free to download. Do you plan on including the sounds with the Installer? Because sending of custom sounds is useless since Plus! Beta already can do it. And there are plugins that already do this, Audiator and such.

There is no sense on doing it because Audiator is already widley used.

You didn't answer my first question whether or not the sounds were going to be included or if they would be sent from PC to PC?

oh sorry umm  included does that mean that only one person needs the plugin for both to hear if so then yes

If you have the sounds included then both parties will need the plugin to hear the sounds.
