O.P. Display Contact on Desktop problem
I like the new feature that let's you display the Contact on desktop but I found that there is a small problem with it. This may be intentional, I do not know, but when I open a remote desktop, these contacts are displayed on the Remote desktop and I do not think that should be there because the remote desktop may also contain Messenger Plus with it's own set of contacts.

True, I just checked it and indeed the floating contacts appear on top of the Remote Desktop full screen, but only if the "Always on top" flag is set. Perhaps a bit too much of top :D

Ok, but you are aware that when using Remote Desktop we are talking about a different environment, no? There should be no software overlapping from the localhost environment. At least not in full screen mode ;)
