You need Adobe ImageReady for this totorial

[*]Open Adobe image ready
[*]Open the pictures you want to be animated together
[*]Copy all of them to your pictures into another picture you have open (copy and paste)
[*]Now you will see that the last picture you put will be on the top
[*]Now if you see the layer menu you will see all the pictures you put in the menu. If you dont see it go to Window -> Layers
[*]Now when you look at the Animation menu you will see one slot to put the one you want first click on the eye button in the layer menu to hide and show the layer. If you dont see the layer menu then go to Window -> Animation
[*]To make diffrent frams for the animation click the Duplicates the curent frame button in the animation menu. Just like the previos step you hide or show the picture you want to be in the frame.
[*]Now if you press the play button in the animation menu you will see that it changed. If it is going to fast you can change the settings by clicking under the frame you want to change speed (e.g 2 sec you can change to 10 sec).
[*] To save it you click on the Optimize menu and scrool down in the Format list and select: gif And for the Perset list and select: GIF 128 Dithered. if you dont see the optimize menu go to Window -> Optimize
[*]Now when you are satisfide with your animation you now go to File-> Save Opitmized As

well that too. This should become a sticky to people can learn how to do it

hmm. Not many people want to make animation.. And not like you did it.

how do you get or do it without the adobe thing?

You can get a free trial from adobe.com.. or you can use other programs.. but i dont know any of animation sorry
