My pc crashed so i restarted my computer....and i loaded it back up again and msn dont work anymore soon as it logs in msn closes and shuts the program does anyone know what the problem could be?

try reinstalling msn messenger.

im not to sure as what the problem maybe. have you tried reinstalling msn. some files may have bin corrupted when the pc crashed maybe? reinstalling should fix it

Have reinstalled still the same thing happening,,do you think the problem could be i havent shut the pc down since i have installed it...

ermm it could be? i think. what windows are you running, if it still crashes i doubt it though....if youe have windows XP i you sholudn't have to restart it after instalation

weird msn 7 works when i log in with a different account.

Hi ive downloaded msn 7 ive used it once and when i try logging back in it just logs out and the program closes and then i try logging it with a different email address then it works again but it seems to work once and never works again does anyone know the problem?

well do u use plugins on specific account by wich u r unable to signin...??
if yest then try to disable them.....or remove them for the time being from the plugin folder in msgplus folder....
