O.P. wallpaper changer
is there any program that would change my wallpaper acording to my local weather contidions? but with a cool background
like when is rainig it would change to somsthing like this
then sunny

ok how about a simpler one have u seen all those diff version of the XP bliss same hills but diff sky when is morning a mornign background
and later a sun set and then a nigh sky at night
or may i will try to make the program that will change the backgrounds as time chnages

I'll write an html file that you can set as your wallpaper, it will change at different times, if you want.
