does anybody have an estimate on how much duties i will have to pay for $85 of merchandise from US in the uk?
my mate had to pay import duties on his phat farm shoes a week ago. but they arnt worth anywhere as much as what i'm gettin. just as i thought i was saving about £50/£60
size and weight?
i know its different but when you pay duties from usa to mexico you pay 17%, of the total $$$ that you are bringing ....
i dont think its the same but it may be something similar...

I was under the impression that it was just weight that import duty was imposed. I mean, I imported from Germany and apparently needed to pay import duty once it reached uk shores, but haven't yet....on the other hand...I haven't had that credit card statement in yet
