google contacted me back and here is what they said, and what i said:

- When are you encountering difficulties? Are you receiving any specific error messages?
- How often does this occur? Is this the first time you've seen this problem or has it been a consistent issue?
- What browser version are you using? Please specify the exact version. (In Internet Explorer, use 'About Internet Explorer' in the Help menu to view the version; in Netscape, use 'About Communicator,' also in the Help menu.)
- Do you have any Internet security, firewall, anti-virus or pop-up blocking software installed? If so, which application(s)?
- Do you have any browser extensions or toolbars installed?
Additionally, you can help us diagnose this issue by sending us a screen shot of the error.
To create a screen shot, please follow these steps:
- Recreate the error in question.
- Press the 'Print Screen' button on your computer's keyboard (usually located on the upper right side of your keyboard). This will take a snapshot of your screen and show us what you see.
- Create a new document in a word processing program (for example, Microsoft Word), and paste the screen shot into the new document.
- Save the document, and attach it in a reply to this message.

Dear Google,
Thank you for your reply. I have attatched a picture of what my
problem looks like. I encounter these difficulties when i open gmail
notifier, I am not recieving error messages, it happens all the time
and it is the first time this has happened to me ever. I have
Internet Explorer version 6.0.2800.1106, I also use FireFox Version
1.0.6 . I use Microsoft AntiSpyware and Ad-Aware SE personal, and
Xoftspy. I do not have any toobars installed on my computer. Thanks
for this oppertunity, and i hope the information i have given you can
help solve this problem.
