Guys Guys Read up what i said,

the same picture is used by msn today news!! but i didn't read that news. and it doesn't matter what's the pictures, each time it's a different picture.

I think it just a internet explorer cache-cookie problem, try to uninstall IE and install it again and see if it still happends. Or else... Get Firefox

well. I guess you can't remove it completely as it's embedded in the core, but you can uninstall it and then install it again from the windows update site.

No actually you can't 'uninstall' it. And you cant update to a version you already have either.
