O.P. Huh?  Umm... (removing l33t plugin)
I installed the l33t plugin but i cannot remove it now.. What do i do?

Exit MSN Messenger completly (Right Click the tray icon and select Exit)
Locate the Plugins folder (Usually C:\Progam Files\MessengerPlus! 3\Plugins unless you installed to a different directory)
Find the l33tficator.dll and delete it.
Reopen MSN
