ok well here's what I want to do.. I want to create a site in which i want to put my pictures.. now the only thing, is the linking.. like what I want is a program/application/source/script ( rlly dunno how to call it )

that would do simple things :

Thumbnails all pictures on a page
Link all thumbnails to normal size pics
From size pics, being able to go to the next pic ( and back up 2 )

I think you guys get what u mean, in other words, something like the MSN groups we were able to create..
