all caps is not easier to read and should be punishable by death!
and the ballons only aid the use of caps and freewebs defualt template in making your site look newbie. You dont need them, dont have them.

Back to you're site, I don't really like it.. if it's supose to look professional then it doesn't.. The ballons are kind of childish.. not to mention the right banner took about a minute to load.. but that's the server's problem I guess..
