It's been invented. I think Danoz sells them. You pur in four AA batteries and plug it into your phone to charge it.

That happened to my Dad ... You know the advert where it is a black background, and you phone up for your inventers pack. He phoned up for that, and made some tool for measuring something on angles, not sure what though... He sent it off, the people never replied to him, and a few weeks later we read a magazine and his tool was there "Brand New Invention" ... My Dad was screwing!

That would be really bad for women, they'd be crying every time they look in the mirror . Didn't mean anything sexist by this by the way!
