O.P. Huh?  is any way to put animated emotions in display name?
i was wondering if there was a way to make an animated emotion appear in my name .(i don't mean the default).I have a twinkling star and wanted it in my name .

Possible however problems are:

- Little demand
- Eats alot of bandwidth
- Is fairly hard to code
