Shoutbox

I just downloaded and installed Firefox 1.5 from the official site and now I dont have the scroll bar on the right hand side of the window (see screenshot). I still have the scroller in all other programs/applications and I am running Windows XP home.

Extensions installed? (list all)

None.
I have the Noia 2.0 theme installed but I also tried a different theme and that didnt work either.

The skins are probably corrupt, pretty much the same thing happened to me a few weeks ago, go to Start > All Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode), then uninstall all of the themes and extensions... See if that works ;p...

If not, then do a full uninstall, reboot the computer. Download the latest version from http://mozilla.org and install ;p.

I have Noia 2.0 Theme and it works fine with 1.5. I just updated everything like traxor said. Didn't need to go into FF safe mode though, just update as normal.

Btw; if the extensions don't work.. Try the nightly testing tools extension.. With that you have an option to make the extensions 1.5 compatible

I managed to find an update to Noia 2.0 (which goes under the same name meaning I didnt find it earlier.) I installed that and it all works fine, thanks guys
