i have this intel pocket pc camera i wanted to start using again.  it will take pictures and videos and stuff.  i installed the drivers for the camera which worked.  Once i try to aquire an image the porgram says that the camera is not ready or that it isnt connected.  i went to device manager and looked under the driver info from the camera and here is what is looks like:


any ideas so i can make the camera 'start' as the picture says? thanks.

EDIT: btw the camera version is cs630.  and i have already gone to intel's website.

Have you tried the Windows Troubleshooter

yes, it just tells you to reinstall the drivers.  but i already have.

hmm intel has tech support?
surely they can help?
if they have a chat with a tecnician better.

i would but their website states that they no longer give support for my product.
