Is there a download so that my phone (SE w500i) can use sis. progrmas.
My googling skills are very poor.

First of all its .sis and not sis.

Secondly .sis means symbian os installer files. If your cell phone runs on symbian os (nokia smart phones s60 series for example) then and then only can you do so. There is nothing you can do about it apart for getting a new cell phone

Very few, if any, of sony erricson's cell phones have symbian os

I can't seem to find specs for the w500i on Sony Ericsson's site.

afaik, the w500i doen't have a symbian operating system, so like JA says, you can't download that or anything - you'll have to get a different  if you're really desperate to do it
