when i first downloaded Messenger Plus everything was fine! then i emotions wouldnt show up in names but i sorted that my clicking manage conatcts and view by display name. but now i cant even see the font colour in msn names and i cant solve it?????????// thanx xxxxxx

Did you enable custom names before you noticed the emoticons had gone?
Because this is a know limitation with the custom names feature.

However i don't know why the colours would disappear after you changed it to view by display name, i guess it could be a bug with custom names.
