You got weigh to much startup processes, i barely don't have a scrollbar  my problem is somewhere else  But that is my opinion!

from what i can see, nothing there is bad. its just that you have a lot of processess runninh which can slow down your computer. is msconfig, try disabling programs from starting

do you have the laptop in "always on" scheme?
when it is in power saving mode, cpu power is reduces so that less battery is used, however, when it is connected again, it doesnt change that..
ill add a screenie in a sec

(btw, if someone knows how to make it seen on my post like in a preview, please tell me )

For your picture question: you have to upload your pictures here: www.imageshack.us, it's simple, free, stays online forever, and you get links you can copy paste, to let pictures appear in your post (that would be the option: 'thumbnail code > forum'
