O.P. Custom Emoticons Off... Sound on?
OK, after most of my contact list decided to start using stupid custom emoticons bound to really silly shortcuts, making half of what was said totally unreadable, i disabled custom emoticons. can do that no problem.

however, the one feature that i love the most, sending custom sounds, turns this back on. i realise this is probably by design. however, isnt there a way to have best of both worlds? say, when sound is sent/recieved it turns it on, then turns it back to its state before the sound was activated?

this is the only problem i have with MsgPlus, its a brilliant bit of software and im glad its so well made.

any help would be great, thanks!

This shouldn't happen.... as the code as been rewritten in Messenger Plus! Live, I invite you to wait for its release and post again if the bug is still there (it shouldn't).

Thanks.

After recently upgrading to Live, I still have this problem.

I am now using the mess.be patch as well, but i wasnt before. could that be messing up the custom emoticon option?
