I do the follow to fix it. It only works until my computer is restarted.

1. ctrl + alt + delete
2. end msnmsgr.exe
3. end explorer.exe
4. File -> New Task (Run...) -> "C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Windows Explorer.lnk"
5. Run WLM

This seems to work for me, but if the problem gets any worse, i will message for more help.

Yeah, that's not a fix. Try what I suggested, and if that doesn't work, then come back, and we'll see what we can do.

And if you end that process you can just start it again as it doesn't really have anything to do with your MSN not working afaik....
