Look in the templates/themes
I believe he thought this possible through the admin cp. This is NOT possible. Not technically. You'll have to upload stuff via ftp first.

I got a problem how do I upload a picture to my ftp client I want my logo on my site but I can't get the logo. How can I get a pic using the ftp client?

The theme file is not for the current version of myBB you are running (). If you still wish to install it, please change 'Ignore Version Compatibility' to yes.
How can I change Ignore version Compatibility? Also Should I, I have version 1.1.5

On the import theme page, you can check a box to ignore the version compatibility of a theme.
