is there a program that gives windows some of the features of a mac?

like when you press f9 (or something like that i cant quite remember, all of the windows goto the edges of the screen so you can see the desktop?

I'd love to dual boot into MAC OSX from my PC, anyone got any decent tutorial links, i heard you need a 2nd hard drive which i do have

You're a complete and utter nub. Boot Camp is for Mac OS X, it allows you to install Windows XP (and with a little work Vista - as well as Linux) on a Intel based iMac. Boot Camp does not give Mac features to ordinary Windows based computers.

"Show Desktop" icon in your quick start panel on the toolbar? Or press WIN+D, or WIN+M?

There was indeed some program that made would place your window one after the other and which was really pretty. It gave you even more than what mac can do. I've googled it for about 10 mins but couldn't find it, it was named something like "zoo----- der" I truly don't remember the rest.. maybe someone does.

It is a little bit different to moving your mouse and then clicking or pressing a key combination.

The way it works is different too - they slide to the side and are not minimized. It is extremely useful if you want to get something off your desktop quickly.

I really like the F9 feature of the mac, so I just tried the 2 programs, but unfortunatly it doesn't work like the mac... WinPlosion works better, but is only a trial...

Appart from the sliding effect, WIN+D or WIN+M does exactly the same...

as said, the key combination WIN+D or WIN+M is the Windows way of showing your desktop, hence it is a very good alternative of what has been asked for. The link I provided explains those key combinations in more detail.

Many questions are asked in this same manner, by giving an example, and the user doesn't always mean the exact same behaviour as in the given example, but a similar one to the main part of their example.

If the important part in his example is to have the slide effect, then obviously no, this doesn't do that. But from what I read the important part was to show the desktop, which is exactly what WIN+M and/or WIN+D do...

means it is invoked by pressing a function key. He thinks it was F9 but isn't sure, but what he wanted is (with whatever function key it was invoked on the mac):

and lets not forget the tiling effect, which happens to be the entire point of expose...
