I have the latest version of Plus! for Live Messenger and it works fine.

However, for some reason when I right click on one of my friends and select "Messenger Plus Features" the list that comes up is "greyed out" apart from the last option i.e. it only allows me to select "Copy email to clipboard".  I've also noticed that the Plus! conversation archive for this person isn't updating (but the normal Messenger one is).

This doesn't happen to anyone else on my list.  Any explanations?

This happens because you assigned an email to that in their contact information. This stops plus from being able to get their real information. Right click on them in the contact list, select "Edit Contact" and remove any custom emails that are in there.
