How about for the toasts you use DisplayToastContact so that the toasts will be formated properly with colours??

I'm using DisplayToastContact to display the toast, so that should be fine.

Add- and delete notification is ready now. I'm thinking about making the settings windows multilanguage as well, but I'm not sure if I want to, because it's not possible to change the tooltip text from a script (the text you see when you hover over a control).
