i downloaded messanger plus...live and i put it into chinese put i dont no how to make it type in chinese????

i downloaded it then changed the language to chinese so like some of the writing is in chinese but some is in english...and now i want to type to people in chinese...i see people writing in this forum about translation problems but i dont even know how to begin.

What exactly is in Chinese and what is in English?
The Preferences panel has some Chinese and some English writing, even though it's set to Chinese? Correct?
And what's the problem with typing in Chinese?

Just because you set the language of the Messenger Plus! Live windows to another language other then English is not going to make you type in that language.

is it possibel to type in a different language and if so how?

If you are using a different version of Windows or have installed a Language Pack for Windows then yes, however Messenger Plus! Live does not allow you to do this.

Keep in mind if you install a Language Pack and change your Language Settings of Windows to another language it will change your entire system to that language.
