Check your HOST Files, located in : C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc.

Open the file "hosts" and look for anything with msgpluslive.net in it

eg:

127.0.0.1       msgpluslive.net

and remove it.

Try going to Start > Run > Type cmd and press OK
Then type in ping msgpluslive.net and press enter.

Should get something like this:

C:\Documents and Settings\CHRIS>ping msgpluslive.net

Pinging msgpluslive.net [64.62.180.104] with 32 bytes of data:

RE: [Question] Opening Plus! Website..
Your Windows is in Portuguese, which probable means the preferred language in IE is set to Portuguese also. Because of that you are actually redirected to http://www.msgpluslive.com.pt/ (the Plus! site in Portuguese).

http://www.msgpluslive.com.pt/ doesn't work for me either, pinging it shows it leads to the wrong IP :s. Patchou should take a look at this.
Finish the problem

O.P. RE: [Question] Opening Plus! Website..
I will make a ping for the link in portuguese too :)

Edit: Done!!! Here is the result...

Just one thing: I don't remember (when updated to Plus! 4.1) to see the page in portuguese, but...

Edit 2: When I open "msgplus.net", it didn't try to redirect & didn't open too...
When I open "msgplus.com.pt", it didn't open.. (the same problem)

Edit 3: I have seen this now I saw it), but still with the problem.. Tryed (again) to find the "hosts", tried to not put "www" in front of the link, but nothing new...

So, maybe is it for time only??? Any ideas???
:)

Bumping and another information that can help...

1) I tried to enter with onother computer on the same "line" as mine, and only msgpluslive.net didn't open...
2) Tried to follow Dazmatic's suggestion on the other post I mencioned, changed IP but still the same problem...

So, any ideas???
If I need to report the problem to someone, how to do it and with who I can talk???

;)
