Hello all.

I installed the latest version of WM today (8.1) and after doing so I seem to have a problem with my emoticons.  Although they are still listed, the keyboard short cuts for them now just appear as plain text rather than an icon.  If I try and insert them via clicking on them through the emoticon menu the same problem occurs as well.  This happens with both the default emoticons and my custom ones. 

Frustratingly I can remember having this issue once before months ago, but can't remember how I fixed it!

I have WM 8.1 and WM+ 4.20.  Any advice on fixing this would be much appreciated!

Open up WLM's preferences and select the Messages tab. Then make sure "Show Emoticons" and "Show Custom Emoticons" are both ticked.

make sure these two options are checked
