This is about losing weight, not gaining weight, isn't it?

O.P. RE: Weight problem
Right. So I weighed myself on another place, and my weight is the same as at home. This is much more mysterious than I thought before....

misconception... they both weigh the same... a pound of muscle is the same as a pound of fat...
But muscle makes you seem thinner, because it takes less muscle per pound.

RE: Weight problem
I used to be underweight, and what really ticked me about was how everything is centred on losing weight and NOT gaining it. There is hardly any advice and help on gaining weight!
But anyway I gained weight now but it was the unhealthy way of doing no excerise and eating double the amount of callories i normaly took in... Which isnt the best thing. Maybe you should try Weight gain formula?

Good idea, but the problem is that in France, weight gain formula are available on prescription.
And the problem is that is having enough appetite not to lose weight, otherwise the psy would be worried and I don't want to worry her.

i have the same problem, i'm underweight and no matter how much i eat i stay the same becuse all that extra food goes to generate acess heat. society fails for try to get everyone to be as thin as a twig.

in your case, if anything, you should gain a little weight. its healthier that way.

Exactly, 1 lb of anything will weigh the same as 1 lb of anything else. What is really meant is muscle is much more dense than fat, and therefore weighs more per cubic cm/inch/metre/foot/yard. Its the same as having a small bag of pennies vs a huge garbage bag of feathers. Each can weigh the same but take up a much different volume of space.

RE: Weight problem
Take it as a compliment If people are saying that, they obviously see something that you cannot. People have been saying that to me recently, even though according to the house scales I'm putting it on despite all the exercise and healthy eating I've been doing
Also remember that weight can vary depending on the time of day. They say it's better to weigh yourself first thing in the morning. Personally, I would say to the Psychiatrist about it, especially when there's medication involved
I'll never forget how lucky I was 7505 days, 6 hours, 39 minutes, 54 seconds ago
