No. All those files are patched Windows XP tcpip.sys's


Right now

Once again, those files are just patched XP tcpip.sys files!

Erm, well when I download the files (at least the 32-bit version) from that site... they're marked as "(vista_rtm.061101-2205)"...

And they're twice the size of my XP's tcpip.sys.
