Preferences pack files now have an associated icon and can be imported from the shell.
After this nice addition we can double click on a Plus! Preferences pack to import. We do it normally when we signed in Messenger. However I tried to do it today when my Messenger wasn't running. A Windows notify sound was played but there was no warning window like the ones appearing when we double click on Script or Sound packs. I'm reporting this because I don't think it was intentionally left like that at the very beginning. We'll need these items in language files for the fix:
[MPTools]
PreferencePackFailed
PreferencePackNeedsMessenger
PreferencePackNeedsSignin
