O.P. Online Skinning Documentation
I have put the skinning docs online @ http://mpskins.net/docs

The schema pages don't work atm, I need to finish them later, if anyone finds any problems with it or has any suggestions then let me know :)

RE: Online Skinning Documentation
its great to have an online copy thanks for that however in the skins database in the section resources for skin creators theres a skinning documentation download which can be found by Clicking Here i know that with the online version as not urgent to get this fixed however im just one of those people who beleives if something is listed in the database for download then it should work

it downloads fine but when you run it it cant find the pages, the only way to access the skinning document other than the link you provided above is by going into plus preferences going to customize then skins and clicking the documentation button which is a bit of a long way round IMHO, anyway i just thought i should let someone know about it.

The documentation in the skins db you mean? Works fine here. It's a zip file with the .chm fil in it. Download it, extract the zip and open the chm file. The chm file is the same as the one downloaded from the Plus! preferences, so if on works the other should be ok too.
Finish the problem

i dont know why its not working however i discovered that the documentation button when pressed downloads a copy of the file to c:\program files\messenger plus live\skins\ directory so i just cut pasted the file to where i wanted it which has given me an offline copy now, i was just concerned incase someone tryed to get documentation that way and couldnt is all.

Access the properties of the files, you'll probably ee an "Unlock" button at the bottom of the first property page (with file name, size, etc...). IE blocks the content of chm files directly downloaded from the net by default.

As fopr putting the doc online, that's great but I trust that as for scripts, you'll make sure the doc is always up to date when I release a new version :)
