If, I look for by google some skin for my version, and leaves that it is for that version, but when I am going it to matter says to me that he is not compatible

Yes. Ev0 2 is made only for MP!L 4.50.

Ok.. so your version of Messenger Plus! Live is 4.50, we know that.

What version of Windows Live Messenger do you have? (Help > About Messenger)

The Ev0 skin that you want to use is only compatible with Windows Live Messenger 8.5, so if you have any other version it will not work.
