O.P. .net messenger service

can someone please help,

it says i'm "not connected to a .Net Messenger Service" and it will not log me on!

someone please help me!

Click on the start button under Connection Troubleshooter.

the original error code is 8007efd,

and when i click repair is says there is a problem with my "Key Ports"
