O.P. Conversation lost during use conversation viewer /conversation perdue durant lecture
Hi,
I use plus! since 3 years now, and never a conversation disapear... Today, i have a long conversation with a contact, and i close the window. I do a right click on this contact and show history chat. Plus prompt me the password, and display my html conversations with the contact during febuary. And i reopen a new chat with this contact, without close the viewer (and i talk). I close the chat window. I return in the viewer : i refresh it by clicking on the fle on the right side, but the file doesn't exist... I close the viewer, i browse my hard disk and the file is mysteriously deleted... I found all others conversations of febuary, of today and of previous months...
I'm trying a recovery of crashed disk but without hope.
What can i do to get the lost file ? Is the encryptor fail ? ...

J'utilise Plus! depuis 3 ans maintenant, et je n'ai jamais eu de problème de conversations qui disparait. Aujourd'hui, j'ai eu une conversation avec un contact, et j'ai fermé la fenêtre. J'ai fais un clic droit sur le contact et j'affiche l'historique des conversation. Le visionneur me demande un mot de passe, et la conversation s'affiche normalement en html, mes conversations avec ce contact durant février. J'ai re-ouvert une nouvelle fenêtre de conversation avec mon contact, sans fermer le visionneur (et j'y parle). Puis je ferme cette fenêtre de conversation, et je retourne au visionneur. Je rafraichi l'historique en cliquant sur le fichier du contact sur le côté droit, mais le visionneur m'averti que le fichier n'existe pas... Je ferme le visionneur et je parcours mes documents, et le fichier a mystérieusement été perdu... J'ai par contre toujours mes autres conversations de février et des mois précédents...
Je tente une récupération de disque dur crashé mais sans espoir.
Qu'est-ce que je peux faire pour récupérer ce fichier perdu ? C'est une erreur de l'encrypteur ?
