Heyz,

I've just downloaded Messenger Plus! and ( before that ) I had Windows Live Messenger, I let it upgrade. I just downloaded the setup and installed it. After that I wanted a new skin. I found my skin and let my messenger install it. It has installed it but I don't see any changes... except that when someone loggs off, the installed skin is used..
How can I get it to work for the WHOLE messenger?

Which skin do you have?

Also, are you running Windows Live Messenger 8.5 or the new beta?

- Black Vista Skin 1.0
- Aurora Live Messenger 1.12
- Life of Vista

I'm not sure which one I have WLM 8.5 or New Beta.. My bro did all of the stuff on my laptop.. I don't know.. But if you know how I can check it I would be pleased to give more info. to find the answer to my problem..

I found out ( thx to the forum ) that if I type (!VER) I get my info
So.. I hope this helps...:

The skin is probably not compatible with the Messenger version you are using. You need to upgrade to 8.5 to get the skin working.
