Download ResHack.

Open the msglang.dll file (I think) and look at the menus. You are wanting to find the command for initiating your webcam.

MENUITEM "Start a Video &Call", 40049, MFT_STRING, MFS_ENABLED
MENUITEM "&Show your webcam", 40279, MFT_STRING, MFS_ENABLED

40049 is for video call
40279 is for webcam

that's what reshack says on WLM 2009 anyway

Hehe uhmm... are there any scripts... which when you turn it on
Your contact sends you a request for their web cam... but it notifies them
like it cant be illegal cuss ur are not spying nor ... are the un aware... and... there sending u the invitation and all u do is accept !

You can use the auto accept feature of Plus! to do this already...
